- Your files: the presentations you upload, their text, notes and pictures, and what we build from them.
- Usage: sign-in sessions (IP address and browser), and the questions viewers ask your presentations.
Why we use it
- To run your account and keep it secure.
- To analyse, rebuild, narrate and share your presentations.
- To answer questions and report to you what your viewers asked.
Who processes it for us
Cloud hosting and storage, and AI model providers that analyse slides and write text. They process data only on our instructions. Your files are never used to train AI models by us.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. When you delete a presentation or your account, its files are removed from storage.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its processing. Write to us from your account email.

We announce material changes on this page before they take effect.
